iter8 rolls out new web site

We've got a new website.
I hope you noticed, given that everything about it is new. We designed it to provide P & C carrier like you with as much information as possible to help you when you are considering improving your agents ease of doing business, and ultimately your growth and retention.
To do this we have combined our internal expertise with that of external experts, and in our research efforts. In fact we're just completing a research study, sent to over 10,000 independent agents, to better understand how technology can assist them, and assist you, in meeting your business goals.
There are many independent agent research studies completed each year, but we've done something to push our research to the top of the heap. First, we partnered with Deep Customer Connections, the premier agent researcher in North America. Deep Customer Connections (DCC) just completed the 7th Annual Benchmark Report on P&C Carriers. Second, we reached out to a broad cross-section of agents in states ranging from Texas to New York and all points in-between. We must thank Independent Agent Associations for their help in providing the research to such a large group. In this way our results truly represent the industry.
Third we invited participants to provide feedback in their words. No "scales" from one to five, but rather their direct feedback on priorities, problems, needs and opportunities. It makes it a little tougher to tabulate, but with the best in the business doing this part of the work, we're confident we'll get top quality feedback to help us determine where carriers need to focus.
We will be posting a summary of the results in our resource library. Look for it at the end of the year, as we're still collecting agent feedback, and will be doing so for the next several weeks. It should provide invaluable data for P&C carriers.
The library is expanding. Good thing we've moved away from stacks of books, and the need to add new shelves. Instead we just move articles, stories and white papers into the archives, and add new material for your review. Our library has had over 1,000 visitors this year. I guess Coke would find this a low number, but for the Property Casualty Insurance market, with only a few thousand carriers, the number becomes more impressive.
Our challenge is to keep a steady stream of important, helpful papers in the library. It is difficult to modernize legacy Policy Administration Systems, upgrade your current Agent Portal, better connect your agents to your systems via upload or interface without getting some outside help. Iter8 can provide help through our pre-built, proven solutions. As a starting point, iter8 can also provide information within the resource library.
