Insurance needs for both Business and IT Users

The "new" iter8 web site is aging. It's already 3 weeks old. Our baby will soon be walking and talking, and then leaving home. At least it will seem that way, as it morphs into a more mature site. But at present it is still new to iter8, our customers and our industry visitors. It's still new, but in just three weeks we have had several hundred visitors, that downloaded several of our case studies and white papers.
They were searching for solutions in several categories -
How to profitably grow their premiums;
How to manage costs and improve efficiency;
How to improve their relations with distribution partners;
How to integrate multiple systems and solutions to meet these needs;
How to manage new software vendors ;
Our web site is 100% dedicated to addressing these issues, for both Business Users and IT Users. Our White paper on "A Business Guide to Modern Agent Portals" , created by SMA Associates, was written to specifically address how a carrier can use a portal to drive sustainable, profitable growth. It provides input for both business users and IT experts on best practices, and establishes principles to follow in assessing portals.
In coming weeks we'll examine each of these problems, and talk about the "hows" behind each. For while they seem straightforward, they are not. And, there is a busy environment where many vendors are claiming they have the answers.
At iter8 we feel we too have answers, but we are willing to acknowledge there are different answers for different carriers. Our solutions are similar to many of our competitors including Agency Port and CSC, but we are also different in approach and in the functional richness within our products.
So, please view our resource library and use the information to help you as you look for answers to some of your problems. We're just wrapping up an extensive research project where we invited over 10,000 independent agents to provide us with input on what they are looking for. We'll be able to compare these with the priorities cited above for carriers, and see how effective, connected portals, and agency interface can help bring these needs together.
