Debbie joined iter8 in 2009, bringing over 20 years of experience in P&C Operations, Underwriting and Product Development to the company. Debbie is responsible for setting the strategic product direction for the company and realizing that direction. 

Prior to joining iter8 Debbie held progressive leadership roles in several P&C Carriers during core systems implementations, before moving into the IT side of the industry with a Policy Admin Solution vendor.   She formalized the creation of product strategies, roadmaps and implementation processes to achieve growth and customer satisfaction.

Debbie holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto and an FCIP from the Insurance Institute of Canada.
